I thought it was about time I showed you the inspiration for some of my recent ACEOs: the English countryside. I took these photos whilst out for a wonderful walk with my husband over the weekend; the sun made the landscape look beautiful:
The strange ripples on the grass in the foreground are actually marks made by a ploughing technique that was used during the medieval period; it's called 'ridge and furrow.'

These sheep were very friendly, and popped over to pose for the camera!
